Leadership

I believe that the future of our society must prioritize and champion mental health. This belief is not only a part of my personal philosophy – it drives my professional vision. Through extensive leadership and service across national and provincial organizations, I strive to advance mental health policy, promote system-level change, and advocate for increased access to psychological services for all Canadians.

My leadership work spans board governance, national advisory committees, and organizational strategy. I am especially passionate about improving the integration of mental health within high-performance sport systems and increasing the visibility of psychologists in public life.
