Therapeutic Philosophy

My approach to therapy is rooted in the integration of psychological science, theory, and evidence-based practice. I view therapy as a collaborative process – one where we work together to explore challenges, uncover strengths, and support meaningful, lasting change aligned with your goals and values.

I practice from an integrative therapeutic orientation, which means I draw on a variety of evidence-based modalities and culturally informed frameworks to tailor treatment to each individual’s unique context and needs. Creating a respectful, compassionate, and empowering therapeutic space is central to my work.

If you’re interested in learning more about how we might work together, I welcome you to contact me.
